Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, the client authorizes TrustUp Community to process the selected payment method through a secure processor for the down payment, recurring monthly payments, and any authorized fees due under this agreement.

• Payment information should be collected only through a secure HighLevel payment form or processor-hosted checkout.
• Raw card numbers, routing numbers, and account numbers should not be entered into a standard custom HTML form.
• The client's authorization remains in effect until the agreement balance has been satisfied in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Agreement Terms

• A 10% in-house management fee is added to the selected program cost for administration of the payment program.
• Payments not received within ten (10) days of the due date may incur a $75 late fee.
• Two missed payments, a failed payment method not updated promptly, or refusal to fulfill payment obligations may place the client in default.
• Upon default, TrustUp Community may suspend services, accelerate the remaining balance, or withhold final deliverables until the account is brought current.
• Client may pay off the remaining balance early without penalty.
• All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
• TrustUp Community is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
